- Detailed_Description : This Request for Bids ("RFB") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Bids for a facility to host the Criminal Law Division 2025 & 2026 Annual Educational Crown Conference. The facility will include meeting space, accommodations, meals, parking, and other requirements for the delivery of the Conference.This RFB is issued by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Attorney General (the “Ministry").
Scope of Work : There will be a Criminal Law Division Education Conference in 2025 & 2026. Such Conferences shall be held in the 2025 calendar year on May 21, 22 and 23 with early arrivals expected on May 20 and in the 2026 calendar year on May 20, 21 and 22 with early arrivals expected on May 19.In consultation with the Ministry, the vendor will be responsible for providing conference facilities; audio-visual and webcasting resources; business room; facilities staff; catering; overnight accommodations; parking; communal space; extension of checkout time; internet access; central billing; and post event debrief. - Documents :
