- DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: Efficiency Manitoba (EM) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to undertake independent evaluation services. The Contractor will update EM-s Evaluation Framework which will be used as the starting point for the Contractor-s work in planning, scheduling, and performing an independent evaluation of EM-s portfolio of programs and initiatives for the period of 2025/26 to 2028/29.
