- The City of Richmond (the “City”) is considering procuring the services of a qualified and experienced contractor to humanely capture, spay/neuter and house in a sanctuary feral rabbits currently living on City owned-public land throughout Richmond for the purpose of adoption. Culling, that is, lethal methods to manage the rabbits, will not be considered as further described in the attached Appendix 1 - Services (the “Services”).
