- This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select themost suitable proponent to provide advisory services for best practices on how to improveprocesses for accuracy in days of effort estimation for operational work, new project andprograms, and remaining days of effort.Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successfulproponent. The contract value is not to exceed $20,000.00 CAD excluding HST. The reviewprocess must begin no more than ten (10) calendar days after the contract award and the finalreport must be delivered no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the effective date of theAgreement.Note: Submissions in excess of the contract value will be considered non-compliant anddisqualified.
