- Public Works and Government Services Canada has retained a Construction Manager (Pomerleau) to modernize laboratory facilities as part of its Laboratories Canada (LC) program of work. The CM-s Contract is the Atlantic Science Enterprise Centre (ASEC) (also known as the Gulf Fisheries Centre (GFC)) a PWGSC owned asset in Moncton, NB that will be redeveloped and expanded to provide science accommodations and non-science space for use by five Science Partners. The asset is a federally designated Recognized heritage building and will remain under operation during the phased construction approach. The construction phasing is the following: Enabling Works, Phase 1 New Science Annex, Phase 2 New Construction.This tender package is required to facilitate construction of the new ASEC facility. Specifically this package is for the TP02.2 - Concrete Structure portion (WP01.0304 - Concrete Finishing-Phase 1).
