- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to submit proposals for the construction of the Breathing Space and Haskett Park Trail located at 230 Davis Drive as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
Proponents are encouraged to visit the site ahead of the site visit scheduled for January. The site is a public area and is always accessible. The Owner is encouraging Proponents to visit the site as some conditions may only be visible without snow. The Owner will endeavour to elaborate on these at the site visit.
NOTE: In accordance with legislated requirements the successful proponents name and Subtotal Contract Amount will be publicized on the Owner-s Bid Opportunities portal following the issuance of the Notice of Award to the successful proponent. - Documents :
