- This Request for Proposals (RFP) is available for all interested proponents.The City of Calgary is issuing this RFP for the purpose of retaining a qualified architectural consulting firm to act as a Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) for the East Calgary Multi-Service Facility project. The City will select a single integrated project team led by the Consultant to provide all services from pre-design and site plan validation to post construction, delivering the envisioned project as outlined in this RFP.The Consultant's work will include coordinating of all required consulting services as needed and as described in Appendix B. The project spans the seven (7) phases: pre-design and site plan validation, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, construction procurement assistance, construction contract administration, and post construction.The East Calgary Multi-Service Facility project is a phased redevelopment at the existing East Calgary Waste Management Site. This new facility is a replacement and expansion of the existing end-of-life facilities. The Consultant will need to maximize the use of the available site to support the co-location of multiple service lines.
