- The City of Colwood (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a comprehensive budget software solution. The solution is intended to streamline the City-s budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This system must support integration with current systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and be adaptable for integration with a new ERP expected within the next three years (RFI 2025 ERP 04). The software must also enhance the City-s capacity for real-time, multi-user collaboration and ensure high data integrity and security standards.
