- The Elections Canada Office Fit-Up Project at 30 Victoria Street involves multi-floor office renovations, including design and construction administration services. Rossmann Architect Inc. (RAI), the original Prime Consultant, completed the design and Issue-for-Tender (IFT) drawings but will cease operations effective January 14, 2025, leaving Construction Administration and related responsibilities unfulfilled.To ensure continuity and minimize delays, BGIS seeks a new Prime Consultant to assume the remaining scope of work, which includes:- Final Issue-for-Construction (IFC) Drawings: Review IFT documents, addenda, and site conditions. Incorporate necessary revisions, issue certified IFC drawings, and issue site instructions to the General Contractor (GC) to quote as needed.- Contract Preparation: Prepare construction contract documentation for the GC.- Construction Administration: Provide oversight during construction, including site inspections, RFI responses, site instructions, change directives, submittal reviews, review quotes, and close-out documentation.The new consultant must ensure a smooth transition, align with the project schedule, and deliver services seamlessly to support project success
