- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an exterior and site upgrade as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done on an 84 unit low rise walk-up apartment building at 875 Elizabeth Road Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
