- The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified respondents to supply, delivery and install automotive glass and supplies (the ”Goods and/or Services”), as described in the ANNEX A - SPECIFICATIONS , on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.It is the City-s intent to authorize an Eligibility List consisting of up to three lowest responsive Respondents on the basis of the Total Standing Offer Price, which consists of Price Schedule “A”, excluding taxes, in accordance with SECTION THREE - EVALUATION AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY. The Eligibility List will be authorized on the basis of the Total Standing Offer Price (HST excluded) ranked in order from the lowest to highest Total Offer Price.
