- Financing Solution and Related Professional Services The purpose of this call for tenders is to obtain bids for the acquisition of a financing solution and professional services from an experienced partner to lead and implement the solution. The successful bidder must provide the solution, the required expertise and specialized resources according to the needs of Investissement Québec (hereinafter referred to as IQ), in order to support IQ in implementing the financing solution. If possible, the bidder must propose an integrated financing solution including a module or functionalities for authorizing and managing financial interventions and financial assistance (granting and life cycle), a module or functionalities for administering financial interventions and assistance (overall financial management) and optional modules or functionalities concerning financial analysis, risk assessment, management of sureties and sureties and management of cash flows (payments). Hereinafter, the entire solution, i.e. the modules, tools and related support and integration services, are collectively referred to as "the Solution", as more fully defined in the call for tenders. The Solution proposed by the bidder must be offered in cloud computing mode. The bidder must necessarily propose a Solution whose modules, tools and components will be hosted in Software as a service (SaaS) mode.
