- To complete upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the facility. Items to include but not limited to:1. Remove wall to combine vestibule and reception into one room.2. Modify vestibule/ reception to allow public access door into the interview room.3. Replace existing service counter with a new PMM compliant service counter and anti-vault window.4. Upgrade floor, wall and ceiling finishes and lighting in the vestibule/ reception and interview room.5. Partially demolish and reconstruct the interior walls of the interview room to meet current PMM standards for security and acoustic performance.6. Replace all non-PMM-compliant doors and/or locksets.7. Upgrade fire alarm system to meet current PMM standards.8. Install infrastructure to accept new exterior surveillance camera system (i.e, conduit and boxes).9. Replace exterior building sign.10. Replace flagpole and base.11. Replace metal fascia and soffit.12. Replace all exterior doors and hardware.13. Replace secure bay garage door and motor.14. Replace exterior windows.
