- 1099357-273967 - Lighting Fixtures Renewal The intent of the project is to replace the existing T-8 ceiling mounted light fixtures as well as the incandescent pot lighting fixtures installed in the OPP Detachment in Sebringville, ON with new LED lighting. 1099351 - 274144 - Electrical Service and Distribution The intent of the project is to replace the Electrical Service and Distribution at the OPP Detachment in Sebringville, ON. The existing panel boards, switchboards, disconnect switches, circuit breakers and wiring shall be removed and replaced with new. 1099348 - 274229 - Terminal Self-Contained Units Renew The intent of the project is to replace three (3) Terminal Self-Contained Units at the OPP Detachment in Sebringville, ON. Remove and replace 3 existing ceiling hung electric unit heaters and replace them with new electric unit heaters of similar performance. Necessary wiring and connections shall be included. The unit heaters are located in the mechanical room and garage areas of the detachment. 239998 - 274426 - Domestic Water Distribution Renewal The intent of the project is to replace the Domestic Water Distribution system at the OPP Detachment in Sebringville, ON. Contractor shall disconnect existing domestic water distribution components, install new PEX piping, insulation, valves, etc., and switchover system. Any interior finishes shall be restored to their initial condition. All work should meet appropriate codes, standards, and IO guidelines.
