Description:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") toprospective contractors to submit proposals for the redevelopment of 37 units including exterior retrofit, site, mechanical, electrical and structural upgrades, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").The work is being done in eight (8) two-storey townhousebuildings located at 265 Gordon Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site location will be occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
