- Call For Submissions Tender No. RQQ-2024-RTMT-861 Metrolinx is accepting submissions for Provision of Design Services for Kingston Mile 314 to 315 Upgrades. MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING: A Mandatory Information Meeting will be held virtually as follows: Date: Tuesday, October 29, 2024 Time: 10:00 a.m. Toronto Ontario Time. Instructions: Please refer to Section 3.3 of the RQQ Main Document Failure of Proponents to be present and registered from the time the information meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process. BID SUBMISSION: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024. ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION*** Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract: Attend mandatory information meeting, Compliance with conditions outlined in Section 4.2 Mandatory Requirements in the main document.
