A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to Town of Sussex must accompany each tender.
Tender opening method:
A public opening of tenders will take place at the office of Town's office (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period.
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Contracts Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
