- This requirement is to provide support to the Chief Innovation and Technology Office (CITO) in modernizing IRB-s current Case Management System through the IRB Horizons project. Under the title Horizon 2026-27, IRB-s new Strategic Plan will, ensure the IRB will continue to provide Canadians the assurance that immigration and refugee decisions are sound, timely, and made in accordance with the law.
