- Description : SCOPE OF WORKThe work consists of the following upgrades and replacement of blowers to the Waterloo WWTP:1 Blower Replacement: Remove 7 existing HSi turbo blowers and associatedpiping and install 7 pre-purchased Atlas Copco turbo blowers.2 Remove existing harmonic filters and heat exchangers.3 Installation of 7 trans-lineator (harmonic filter coupled with a step-downtransformer) 600/480V.4 New HVAC, electrical, I&C to support blowers upgrade and replacement.5 Architectural and structural to support blowers upgrade and replacement.
